Favorite Peanut Butter Fingers

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 -4 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream together butter and sugars; add eggs and peanut butter, stir until smooth, add soda, salt, vanilla, flour and oatmeal mix until evenly blended.
  3. Grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish; press mixture evenly into the pan;Bake for 20 minutes; remove from oven.
  4. Topping; IMMEDIATELY cover with chocolate chips and allow to melt and spread evenly.
  5. Blend together powdered sugar, peanut butter and milk until smooth,Spread over the melted chocolate chips making a swriling pattern; Cool cut into fingers and serve.
