Ingredients:

  • 1 (1 lb) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz) can chili beans
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef in skillet; drain excess fat.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients with ground beef in slow cooker.
  3. Cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours.
  4. Alternate method: brown ground beef in large saucepan; drain excess fat.
  5. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
  6. Stir occasionally.
