Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 (1/2 oz) package chili seasoning mix
  • 1 (4 oz) can green chilies
  • 2 (14 oz) cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (14 oz) can hot chili beans
  • 1 (14 oz) can kidney beans
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 (8 oz) can mushrooms
  • 1/2 green pepper (optional)

Directions:

  1. Brown meat.
  2. Add green chilies and chili seasoning. Saute celery, green pepper and onions until soft.
  3. Dump everything into the crockpot.
  4. Cook on high at least two hours.
  5. Cool before serving.
