Slow-Cooked Spicy Pulled Pork

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine sugar, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper in small bowl.
  3. Rub pork with spice mixture.
  4. Put in 5 quart dutch oven or crock pot.
  5. In medium bowl, combine vinegar, water and garlic. Pour over pork.
  6. Cover and place in oven on lowest rack and bakefor 2 1/2 hours or 6-8 hours on low in Crock Pot.
  7. Remove pork from pot and place on cutting board. Shred the pork then place into serving bowl and toss with favorite barbeque sauce. Put on your favorite sandwich rolls.
