Directions:

  1. Place quartered onions and cut carrots on the bottom of crockpot.
  2. Place chicken breasts on top.
  3. Mix chicken soup and sherry to make the gravy. Pour this on top, covering the whole mix.
  4. Place sliced mushrooms on top.
  5. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
