Slow cooked Chicken with Tomatillos

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice the onions and yukon potatoes into 1/4 inch thick slices. Layer in slow cooker
  2. Onion
  3. Potatoes
  4. Cilantro
  5. Chicken
  6. Tomatillos which are husked, cleaned, sliced 1/4 in slices also.
  7. Picked jalapenos sprinkeled all over, or just one side(depending on taste)
  8. Pickling juice all over.
  9. Cook on high for 6 hours, or until chicken is cooked.
  10. Use enough salt as you feel is need.
  11. Serve with warm tortillas.
