Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut and scrape corn from cob.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine corn, potato, onion, water bouillon and pepper.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
  4. Cover and simmer 10 minutes, until tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of the milk and the margarine.
  6. Combine the remaining 1/4 cup milk with the flour.
  7. Stir into corn mixture. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 1 minute more.
