Simple but Delicious Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups biscuit mix
  • 3 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup club soda

Directions:

  1. Mix the biscuit mix and the flax together.
  2. Beat the egg well and add the oil, vanilla, and honey.
  3. Add to the dry ingredients along with the buttermilk and club soda.
  4. Mix well, but don't try to get all the lumps out.
  5. Bake at once in greased and preheated waffle iron according to the manufacturer's directions.
