Shrimp Snow Pea And Pasta Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and devein the shrimp, leaving the tail in tact.
  2. Trim the snow peas and cut in pieces if they are large.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Add the onion and cook over low heat until softAdd the chicken stock to the pan .
  5. Add the lemon grass to the pan and bring to a boil.
  6. Add the ginger, snow peas, shrimp, and pasta.
  7. Cook over medium heat until pasta is al dente (about 4 minutes).
  8. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with basil and serve.
