Shrimp Sautéed in Herb Butter

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chives
  • 1/2 tsp tarragon leaf
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Shell and devein shrimp.
  2. Melt butter in a chafing dish or skillet; add lemon juice and seasonings.
  3. Sauté shrimp in hot butter over medium heat until pink. Serve hot.
