Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute bellpeppers,onion,garlic,and asparagus until onions are translucent, then add white wine and cilantro to sauteed vegetables, simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. While you are sauteing your vegetables start boiling your water for both your pasta and shrimp. in a small stock pot add the creole seasoning to the boiling water and then add the shrimp cook until pink.
  3. When pasta is done strain and put into large bowl, add a drizzle of olive oil and 3tbsp garlic salt set aside until vegetables are done.
  4. Take all ingredients and toss together in a large bowl and serve.
