Shrimp Delight Vegas Style

Shrimp Pasta & Veggie Delight
Ingredients:
4 lbs medium shrimp or 4 lbs angel hair pasta
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 medium onion
1 tablespoon garlic
2 lbs asparagus (chopped in 1in pieces)
1/2 cup white wine
1/3 cup creole seasoning
3 tablespoons garlic salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup cilantro
Directions:
1. saute bellpeppers,onion,garlic,and asparagus until onions are translucent, then add white wine and cilantro to sauteed vegetables, simmer for 5 minutes.
2. While you are sauteing your vegetables start boiling your water for both your pasta and shrimp. in a small stock pot add the creole seasoning to the boiling water and then add the shrimp cook until pink.
3. When pasta is done strain and put into large bowl, add a drizzle of olive oil and 3tbsp garlic salt set aside until vegetables are done.
4. Take all ingredients and toss together in a large bowl and serve.
