Ingredients:

  1. Boil water with black pepper and boil shrimps for 30 seconds until they are color pink See Photo.
  2. Simmer shrimps in cold water and ice cubes… See Photo
  3. Drain the water and place shrimps in a large bowl and add onion, pepper, tomato, pepper, orange juice, lemon juice, garlic cloves, salt, pepper, ketchup, parsley and cilantro… finally, add dried hot red peppers (as your wish), Miw well and cover the bowl with film and chill over night. See Photo
  4. Ceviche is better after some hours… and very chill.
