  1. Before cooking, add the light soy sauce and sugar to the scrambled egg. beat until well-mixed.
  2. In an omelette or frying pan, put in oil and preheat for about 5minutes in medium heat
  3. Add in onions, green peas, soy sauce , white pepper and shrimp. stir fry for a minute.
  4. Add in the scrambled eggs.
  5. Cook to your desired consistency or texture.
  6. Once cooked, put in a platter and brush the oyster sauce on the egg.
  7. Serve with bread or fried rice.
