Directions:

  2. Once defrosted, microwave sweet plantains for 30 seconds or until heated through.
  3. Put ice in a cereal bowl.
  4. Pour the milk over the ice.
  5. Add 4-5 pieces of sweet plantains.
  6. Stir in sugar.
