Ingredients:

  • 3 package beef short ribs
  • 1 cup wter
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp fat

Directions:

  1. Place in bowl with everthing but flour and fat. Cover refrigerate overnight.
  2. Remove ribs, drain and cut in flour. Brown, ribs in hot fat then add liquid, it will soak in
  3. Cover, cook slowly until meat is tender. 1 1/2 hours
