Noodles With Herbed Carrots

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded carrots , from 1 10-oz . package
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
  2. In same pot melt butter over low heat. Add carrots; cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, 3-4 minutes. Stir in parsley, sage, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add noodles; toss to coat.
