Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp sherry wine
  • 2 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Use the back of a spoon to push the puree through a sieve. Discard seeds.
  3. Drizzle over ice cream or cheesecake.
