Ingredients:

  • 3/4 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup water divided
  • 1 tsp beef bouillion granules
  • 2 tsp cornstarch

Directions:

  1. In med skillet, cook beef with salt/pepper over med heat stirring until fat beginsto cook out. Add onion and worcestershire and cook til onion is soft and meat well browned. Add 1 1/4 cups of water in which bouillion has been dissolved. Mix cornstarch with remaining 1/4 cup water. Add frozen vegetables. Cook about 5 min. Heat oven to 450. Layer meat and top with potatos. Sprinkle with paprika or shredded cheese. Bake 10 to 12 min or until bubbly and potatos are browned. May assemble ahead and refrigerate.
