Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 18 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Melt butter in a 10x13 glass (Pyrex) dish in oven, tilting dish to coat bottom.
  3. Beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt together.
  4. Stir in green onion.
  5. Bake until eggs are set, but still moist, about 35 minutes.
