Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix 2 ingredients for crust.
  2. Spread in springform pan and bake for 8 minutes until partially cooked.
  3. In a seperate bowl mix the filling ingredients together.
  4. Spread over crust.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set.
  6. Serve with crackers and fruit is desired.
