Sf's Scalloped Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 lb ham, chunks
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Chop onions, slice potatos, cube meat, and butter casserole dish.
  2. Place 1/3rd of the potatos on the bottom of the dish.
  3. Salt and pepper your potatos, than spread 1 table spoon of flour over the top.
  4. Scatter 1/2 of the onion on top of the potatos and than the ham on top of the onion.
  5. Dob some butter on top.
  6. Place 1/2 Cup shredded Cheese on top of butter.
  7. Top with the rest of your potatos.
  8. Pour milk over top.
  9. Put the other 1/2 Cup of cheddar cheese on top of the milk.
  10. Salt and Pepper to taste.
  11. Cover your casserole dish.
  12. Bake at 425 degrees for 45-60min.
