Sesame Spinach

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz spinach
  • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Blanch the spinach briefly in salted water. Drain and chop.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients. Toss with the spinach.
