Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare chicken- Cut chicken into one inch slices and marinade in teriyaki sauce for a day.
  2. The easy part! Mix spinach, greens, snow peas, cucumbers (Or any other veggies you want) into a big bowl for serving.
  3. To make dressing, combine soy sauce, vinegar, oil and ginger. Squeeze in all or half of the lemon and start whisking it all together.
  4. To cook the chicken, add a few tablespoons of cooking oil to a skillet and combine the sesame seeds and bread crumbs in a bowl. Coat the slices of chicken in the bread crumbs and fry in the skillet until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Add the chicken to the salad and serve the dressing on the side.
