Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of hot cooked rice .
  • 2 tblsp of toasted sesame seeds.
  • 1 tblsp of peanut oil.
  • 1 tblsp of lime juice.

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Lightly tossing through
  3. Serve with Asain greens or your favorite Asain dish.
  4. And wedge of lime on the side.
