Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp coarsely chopped gingerroot (very fresh)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tsp honey or 2 tsp maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients on high-speed until you have a smoothie.
