Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 large mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Chop up mushrooms and heat up in frying pan that has melted butter in it. In a bowl combine milk and egg. When mushrooms have been cooked through pour egg on top. Add cheese when the egg started to stiffen. cook till you liking of doneness. remove egg from pan and place in the middle of the tortilla. Wrap and place it back in the frying pan after added the remainder of the butter. Fry on both sides about 10 minutes total.
