Ingredients:

  • 12 small eggs
  • 1 1/2 lbs sausage meat

Directions:

  1. Boil egg hard; let cool and peel.
  2. Wrap sausage meats around egg, making sure no egg white shows.
  3. Dip in beaten egg whites, then in bread crumbs. Cook in oil for about 4 minutes (2 minutes per side). Put on paper towel to drain.
  4. Serve hot or cold.
