Ingredients:

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 stick margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Heat to 350 Wisk flour sugar salt and baking powder in a bowl. Mix in raisins add margarine in small cubes and mix with fingers Whisk together eggs and milk in small bowl. gradually add to flour mixture with hands . Pam cookie sheet drop scant 1.2 c amounts of dough on sheet. Add egg wash 1 egg and 1 tbs .milk . Cook 20 min
