  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Alternate layers of chicken, celery, bread crumbs and parsley in a 13x9x2 baking dish.
  3. Combine chicken broth, sage, poultry seasoning, eggs, salt and milk. Pour over chicken and bake 1 hour.
