Roast Turkey With Cornbread Stuffing

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In skillet, saute celery and onion in butter until tender.
  2. Place in a lg bowl with corn bread, fresh bread crumbs, sage and poultry seasoning.
  3. Mix eggs and chicken broth; add to dry mixture, stir gently to mix.
  4. Stuff the cavity and neck of turkey.
  5. Fasten openings.
  6. Tie legs together.
  7. Place on rack in roasting pan.
  8. Brush with melted butter.
  9. Bake at 325* for 4 hours (cover with a foil tent), or until turkey tests done.
  10. Let stand for 20 minutes before cutting.
