Scallion Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup scallion
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp oil

Directions:

  1. Heat up oil and fry the scallions.
  2. Add the beaten egg and fry,breaking up the egg.
  3. Add the rice and fry for another minute.
  4. Season and serve.
