Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Scrub potatoes, do not peel.
  3. Cut into bite-sized cubes.
  4. Rinse in cold water and place in gallon size zip-lock bag.
  5. Add olive oil, soup mix, and cheese.
  6. Close bag and seal.
  7. Mix well until potatoes are evenly coated.
  8. Remove from bag and place in roasting pan and spread out evenly.
  9. Bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
