Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix meat mixture ingredients until well blended.
  2. Shape into four 1 1/4 inch thick patties.
  3. Let stand 30 minutes or refrigerate up to 2 hours.
  4. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
  5. Add patties and cook 16 minutes or until well browned on both sides and no longer pink in centers, spooning off any excess fat as it accumulates.
  6. Cut patties in half.
  7. Tuck halves into halved pitas and add cheese, tomato and yogurt sauce, or serve patties with naan, tomato and yogurt sauce on the side.
  8. Enjoy!
