Savory Ground Beef Vegetable Stew

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown beef with onion added and rinse with hot water to remove excess fat.
  2. Add onion soup and spices to beef.
  3. Place potatoes and carrots on top.
  4. Add tomato juice and water and stir to combine ingredients.
  5. Bring to a boil and then simmer until potatoes and carrots are done.
  6. Add package of mixed vegetables and stir.
  7. Heat until vegetables are done,may simmer as desired.
