Sauteed Zucchini and Bell Peppers

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 medium zucchini , quartered lengthwise and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup refrigerated prechopped tricolor bell pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add zucchini and remaining ingredients; sauté 7 minutes.
