Sauteed Spinach

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 oz. butter
  • 1 garlic clove, sliced thinly lengthwise
  • 1 bunch spinach , washed thoroughly and stems discarded
  • kosher salt and black pepper , as needed

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in large saute pan
  2. Add the garlic and sweat , lightly brown
  3. Add the spinach and cook until wilted
  4. Season with kosher salt and black pepper
  5. Drain excess liquid from spinach
  6. Serve immediately
