Sauteed Spinach

This isn't much of anything fancy, but it's damn good
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. butter
1 garlic clove, sliced thinly lengthwise
1 bunch spinach, washed thoroughly and stems discarded
kosher salt and black pepper, as needed
Directions:
1. Melt butter in large saute pan
2. Add the garlic and sweat , lightly brown
3. Add the spinach and cook until wilted
4. season with kosher salt and black pepper
5. Drain excess liquid from spinach
6. Serve immediately
