Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 300 ml cream

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes untill soft.
  2. Mash potatoes.
  3. In a seperate saucepan melt butter and add garlic, mix well.
  4. Take off heat and add cream.
  5. Now add garlic cream to patotoes and mash and mix well.
  6. Now place potato into a shallow oven dish (about 5cm high) and sprinkle cheese over the top.
  7. Now place in oven untill cheese is melted.
  8. Remove and Enjoy.
  9. Play around with the mixture untill u find the right amount of garlic and cream etc. I love garlic so this recipe will be strong!
