Sausage(Snaggy) Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb sausage , it says 500 g but looks like the jimmy dean tube
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/8 cup parsley
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 slices bacon, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/8 cup breadcrumbs

Directions:

  1. Mix sausage bacon tomato sauce egg bread crumbs herbs
  2. Veggies together should be moist
  3. Put in zip lock bag with corner sniped
  4. Lay out sheet of puff pastry
  5. Cut in 1/2 length wise
  6. Put a layer of filling down the middle using ziplock like piping bag
  7. Fold over both sides til the meet in middle brush with egg to seal
  8. Brush with milk and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
  9. Cut into 6 to 8 pieces
  10. Repeat.
  11. Bake on parchment paper to brown bottoms
  12. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden
  13. Serve with tomato sauce.
