Sausage and Tomato Rigatoni

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package.
  2. While pasta is cooking, brown sausage in large nonstick skillet; drain. Stir in onions and tomato paste; cover.
  3. Cook 15 minute or until onions are tender and sausage is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Stir in dressing.
  4. Toss the sausage mixture with pasta.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley and cheese.
  6. Serving suggestion - if you want this really cheesy, put into a baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese and throw into the oven for a few minutes until cheese is melty.
