Sausage and Potato Bake

Ingredients:

  • 1 pepper (optional)
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions:

  1. Cut sausage and potatoes into but size pieces and chops onions.
  2. In a bake dish combine sausage and potatoes onions and peppers.
  3. Drizzle olive oil and oregano over the top.
  4. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
