Ingredients:

  • 1 lb carrot
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 1/2 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Slice carrots into 1/2-inch diagonal pieces. Boil carrots to desired tenderness and drain.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a skillet or saucepan, and heat through. Add the carrots and mix with sauce.
