Saucy Short Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 (8 oz) can water
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut ribs in 4 pieces.
  2. Brown on all sides in greased skillet.
  3. Pour off any excess fat.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour over ribs.
  6. Cover and simmer for 2 hours or until tender.
