Sarahs Super Basic Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 serving rocket (however much lettuce you want really)
  • 1 large tomato cut in 8
  • 1/2 large carrot , chopped however you like it
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 2 tsp paul newmans balsamic vinagrette

Directions:

  1. Wash and dry the rocket/lettuce
  2. Slice the chicken
  3. Chop the tomato
  4. Shop the carrot
  5. Chop the cheese
  6. Arrange on plate
  7. Heat the pan and add chicken slices (add a little oil if you like), turn after a minute or 2. only turn once though!
  8. Sprinkle dressing on salad
  9. Put cooked chicken on top
  10. Eat!
  11. YUM!
