Directions:

  1. Brown the ground chicken in the oil.
  2. Add the garlic, carrots, onion, and celery.
  3. Cook for 8 minutes.
  4. Add the chicken broth, scrapping up bits from bottom.
  5. Add the spices.
  6. Cook, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes.
  7. Add the tomatoes and hot sauce.
  8. Cook for ten minutes.
  9. (can serve with tortilla chips broiled with blue cheese)
