Ingredients:

  • 1 large (6 oz.) box of lime jello
  • note: back in grandmaw's day they only had sliced pineapple and then you had to cut it in chunks. my version is chunk or pineapple tidbits.

Directions:

  1. Put jello in a large glass container.
  2. Stir in 1 cup of boiling water until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  3. Pour juice in 1 cup measuring cup and fill cup with cold water until you have 1 cup.
  4. Pour this in the jello and stir until mixed.
  5. Add pineapple and stir.
  6. Put in refrigerator for 4 hours or longer.
  7. Another note: If you want the pineapple all through you need to keep the jello stirred everyonce in a while until jello starts to set. Mine I just put it in refrigerator until it sets.
