Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat sandwich press.
  2. Chop broccoli into small pieces.
  3. Place one slice of buttered bread, butter side down.
  4. Place cheese slice, topped with chopped broccoli, topped with shredded cheddar on bread slice.
  5. Top with second piece of bread butter side up.
  6. Close press and let cook 5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
