  1. Fire grill 2 fresh flour tortillas.
  2. On bottom tortilla add 4 oz. white cheddar cheese.
  3. Then salmon,.
  4. Cilantro,and scallions.
  5. Then top with 4oz. pepper/jack cheese.
  6. Fire grill -.
  7. Approximately 1 minute on each side or until cheese melted and golden brown.
  8. Serve with fresh island salsa.
