Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Flake the salmon into a mixing bowl - remove bones and skin. Be sure to use the liquid from the canned salmon.
  2. Add seasonings, onion, parsley and lemon juice to the salmon. Mix well.
  3. Stir in egg and cracker crumbs to the salmon mixture. Mix until thoroughly moistened.
  4. Shape mixture into patties.
  5. Dip each patty in a mixture of one beaten egg and 2 tbls of milk. Roll or pat the washed patty in a dish of cracker crumbs.
  6. Fry in a skillet on both sides until just golden brown.
